The Country Manager provides a leadership role in all quality related matters with assistance from QHSE Lead of that particular region. The evaluation for the team executing a project is tied with the feedback score, ensuring commitment towards customer satisfaction. The root cause for any issue is marked by incorporating feedback from all the stakeholders and identifying all sources that may have caused non-compliance; corrective actions are identified, marked and implemented with mutual consent of all parties involved. A log of issues encountered and lessons learnt is maintained for future reference.
