INTECH’s global safety performance, as measured by our Recordable Cases, remained best-in class compared to the overall market in last year. We have sustained this trend for more than 10 years for Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
At INTECH, we remain focused on developing sustainable solutions to demonstrate our commitment towards QHSE. We have drafted policies and procedures for all tasks, activities, occurrences, and possible incidents.
Diligence
INTECH’s due diligence in maintaining and implementing the best practices and HSE procedures worldwide has ensured that our objectives of achieving international and national standards are met and exceeded.
In 1997, INTECH introduced its first quality management system based on ISO 9001 standard, over the last decade, INTECH has transformed its quality management system into an Integrated Management System by including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Continuous improvement is being carried out in the IMS by adopting CSIA’s best practices. INTECH maintains its ISO and CSIA certification through American Systems Registrar and SGS.
Functions
The corporate QHSE function was set up to develop and maintain an HSE-compliant environment for INTECH’s stakeholders. INTECH has a team approach towards safety; employees working at customer sites are responsible for ensuring compliance to customers’ HSE management systems. Regular internal and external audits are carried out to evaluate performance of our IMS. Evaluations for project teams are tied with their feedback scores, ensuring commitment towards customer satisfaction. Our success can be evaluated by the positive impact on our customers, partners, and communities in which we live and operate.
