Hiring Manager Interviews
You and the hiring manager will have face-to-face or video conferencing interviews where you can learn more about the job role, and they can assess your skills and interest.
Decision Stage
Hopefully, after the hiring team debrief, you will receive an offer. If not, we always provide candidates with thoughtful feedback for future interviews.
New Hire Onboarding
Once you’ve accepted an offer, our HR team will give you the information about your onboarding process. This ensures that you will hit the ground running when you join INTECH.
