Control System Engineer
About The Position
The Control System Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining automation equipment installed at the customer site. Below are the activities related but not limited to the subject job function
- Run & maintain the control system: AADvance/AVEVA System Platform (ArchestrA).
- Troubleshooting issues with hardware and processes.
- Plan preventative maintenance.
- Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
- Maintain quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Support operations.
- Support/perform logic or HMI changes as required by MOCs.
- Control System Lifecycle management
- Analyze plant processes, design and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in electrical engineering or in a related field
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Field of Instrumentation & Control Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience on AADvance/AVEVA System Platform (ArchestrA) is a must
- OEM Training/Certification on these platforms will be preferred
- Maintenance experience in O&G Industry
- Location: Africa 28/28 Rotation
- Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills
