Contribution to the reporting of anomalies and incidents and participation as well to diagnosis and corrective actions
Preparation of a training program for the trainee engineers in the frame of the identified needs and in accordance with recognized methods and strategies.
Training based on Job examples and directly in contact with the maintenance of the FPSO.
Evaluation of the trainee engineers' performances in Mechanics.
Control of the maintenance plan of installed equipment for mechanical trade.
Contribution to the daily reporting of mechanical activities (including Performance Indicators).
Apply the maintenance plan as defined by the Maintenance Leader
Analysis, troubleshooting and reporting after main failures or dysfunction of equipment. Organisation and management of relevant actions plan.
Follow up on-site activities relative to Vendors, Suppliers or Specialists venues, especially regarding preparation and management of the works.
Validation for mechanical activities of the works carried out by subcontractors before FPSO expediting,
Documentation follow-up in the SERVICE trade
Evaluation of the competency and the performances of the contractors in Mechanical activities
Audit contractors as necessary based on the KPIs.
Supervision of the management of spare parts for mechanical equipment according to a pre-defined strategy
Supervise the preparation of the scheduled overhaul/upgrade
Verification of the strict follow-up of the maintenance strategy approved.
To ensure that COMPANY HSSE standards are applied throughout the various stage of execution of the Contract. To Propose improvements in mechanical maintenance strategy based on Site requests and needs.
To Contribute in your technical area to the integration of future developments.
To Participate in audits.
Requirements
Professional Experience: 10 -15 years
More than 5 years of experience in Rotating Mechanical Engineering.
Participation in a recent deep-water project.
Level/ Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
Languages: English mandatory
Good communication skills, organizational skills and a positive attitude.
