Sr. Technical Recruiter - Software Engineering

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Sr. Technical Recruiter for the Software domain.

Their general job duties would be:
- Sourcing profiles from job portals, headhunting from professional networking sites, and through references.
- Leveraging third-party recruitment companies as needed.
- Resume screening.
- Analyzing feedback, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders, negotiating packages.
- Following up with candidates until they join.
Requirements
- Proven work experience, at least 3-6 years as a Sr. Talent Recruiter or similar role in the Software Engineering domain.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of software development and the languages used in different frameworks.
- BS in Human Resources Management or in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering.
