Right from the start of the project we make sure that quality is maintained not only as per international standards, but in-line with our specialized & customer centric standards as well. Regardless of the number of changes in the proposal or the original scope of the project, we make sure that quality is maintained throughout. The quality standards of INTECH have been very instrumental in its continuous growth and development. To ensure these standards are maintained in all our offices, the company has a comprehensive set of procedures and frameworks that monitor customer satisfaction during Project Execution Life cycle.

The Country Manager provides a leadership role in all quality related matters with assistance from QHSE Lead of that particular region. The evaluation for the team executing a project is tied with the feedback score, ensuring commitment towards customer satisfaction. The root cause for any issue is marked by incorporating feedback from all the stakeholders and identifying all sources that may have caused non-compliance; corrective actions are identified, marked and implemented with mutual consent of all parties involved. A log of issues encountered and lessons learnt is maintained for future reference.
