INTECH has received excellent customer satisfaction scores as a major system upgrade project comes to conclusion at a facility in one of the world’s deepest oil producing super giant fields in north western Kazakhstan.

The architecture of the existing systems monitoring and controlling the process & safety functions at the facility did not meet the client’s requirements related to segregation of the said functions. The existing system could not be expanded & upgraded so INTECH installed new functionally separated systems to provide required safety and operations of process units at the facilities.

INTECH scope of work covered design, engineering, fabrication, supply and installation of new Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) with PCS, SIS/F&G systems, shelter buildings, industrial grade UPS systems and associated equipment. INTECH’s Atyrau office served as the lead execution office for this project.
