INTECH wins contract to provide Plant Historian engineering services for a major utilities services company in UAE
INTECH has won a contract to provide Plant Historian engineering services for a major utilities services company in UAE.
Briefly, INTECH will provide Plant Historian Engineering, Installation, and Site services for 8 customer sites (including head office) in Phase 1 (with a foreseeable expansion of the current project to 42 customer sites in Phase 2) to efficiently cater to the client’s storage needs for a period of up-to 7 years.
INTECH’s scope of services in Phase 1 will include:
- Engineering of Tag Database for Real Time and Calculated Tags
- Installation of OSI PI Server and Interfaces on Customer Sites and Head Office
- Establishing secure network connectivity between Customer Sites and Head Office
- Installation of PI Client Tools for monitoring and Head Office
- Development and Implementation of Energy /Utilities Monitoring Dashboards
- Implementation of Customer Network Security Standards
- Unit Acceptance Testing
- On the job training for client personnel
INTECH will use its offices in Dubai as the lead execution office for this project.
