
INTECH’s presence at ADIPEC 2018 attracts massive interest in its oil & gas services & solutions amidst record attendance
INTECH Process Automation participated in the 21st edition of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (Adipec 2018) attracting immense interest from the visitors in its oil and gas solutions amidst record attendance numbers in the event since its inception in 1984.
INTECH expressed its gratitude (through its social media channels) for the enthralling response to its presence, saying: “there is no better sight at such a grand exhibition than the utter delight of visitors at our stall and their keenness to know more about our solutions”. The attendance at the event was massive indeed; a mammoth 145,000 (comprising specialized experts and VIP visitors) over the course of the event which was held from 12-15 November, 2018. This marks the highest number of visitors at the event since the first edition back in 1984. A total of 2200 exhibiting companies from 67 countries participated including 29 country pavilions.
Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of State and Group CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc), called ADIPEC 2018 “a great success’, saying: “In line with the support and directives of our nation’s wise leadership, Adipec 2018 has achieved great success – not only in the authority, influence and expertise of Adipec’s speakers and wide range of rich discussion and debate, but also in the volume and importance of the agreements and projects announced”.
INTECH’s participation in the event was focused not only on traditional oil and gas solutions, but also emphasized on its strategic alignment towards Industry 4.0 where it leverages the latest technologies from artificial intelligence, big data, and machine learning to help its clients drive operational efficiency, performance, and maximizing profitability.
