INTECH lands major project to equip one of the largest West African oil fields with ICSS & LSDS systems

INTECH has secured a large-scale project to help a major IOC meet its complete control, monitoring, and safety needs, from supplying and engineering to commissioning and tying in control systems between well pads and the existing treatment and processing facility at a major field in Africa.

INTECH’s team will equip the well pads with state-of-the-art integrated control and safety systems for PCS, PSS/ESD, and FGS, while enhancing pipeline integrity through a leak and shock detection system (LSDS) for the pipeline connecting the field to the processing plant. At the existing gas treatment facility, the process control systems will be upgraded before carrying out the tie-in between the two fields. The integrated solution, including a facility network upgrade, will ensure smooth and secure operations, maximize uptime, and significantly improve overall efficiency.
