INTECH Wins Electrical Control Systems Project for Major Oil and Gas Operator in West Africa

INTECH has secured a project to deliver end to end electrical control systems, including strategic upgrades to existing infrastructure and integration with legacy control architecture, for a major oil and gas operator in West Africa.

This project is a major milestone in the client’s low-emission and cost-efficient development strategy, supporting gas field expansion and a seamless tie-in to an existing treatment facility. INTECH’s strong legacy of successful project delivery, combined with its deep expertise in brownfield integration, remote I/O architecture, and industrial communication systems, was instrumental in securing the award.

As part of the project, INTECH will deliver a new remote I/O based electrical control system panel with dedicated controller architecture, including sequence of events capability and Modbus communication integration, along with modification and upgrade of the existing control installation and SCADA interface. The scope also includes spares supply, FAT, commissioning, start-up support, and third-party inspection and certification to ensure seamless integration, reliable performance, and long term operational stability.
